We invited over 3,000 companies from our industry to take part in our customer survey.
This infographic demonstrates exactly what our customers said about us, where they hang out online, and most importantly what they want from a supplier.
We had some excellent feedback, and are looking forward to carrying out more frequent surveys to enable us to continue to improve our service.
