Window Ware celebrates two decades of dedication with Hayley Jackson

It’s been a month of employee milestones for Window Ware, with two of our veteran teammates notching up a total of 45-years of service between them.

Earlier this month, Rick Adams celebrated an impressive quarter of a century as Window Ware’s longest-serving Area Sales Manager ever. Just one week on and it’s the turn of Hayley Jackson, who celebrates two remarkable decades with us and is well known to the market particularly in the Northwest.

Hayley’s journey with Window Ware began back in May 2004 when she joined the company as an Internal Sales Administrator - Northwest.  Hayley quickly established herself as a customer favourite, renowned for expert support and guidance with a friendly and efficient approach. Indeed, her dedication and positive attitude were recognized five years ago when she was named a finalist for the prestigious Unsung Hero G-Award in 2019.

Whilst Hayley’s role may have changed since those early days, her commitment to Window Ware and its customers has remained steadfast. In September 2022, her focus changed, and she successfully transitioned over to the purchasing department.  Hayley continues to support customers albeit behind the scenes instead, working hard to ensure Window Ware always has the right stock ready to meet all their hardware needs.

Sam Nuckey, Window Ware’s Managing Director had the honour of presenting Hayley with her long-service award. She said: “Hayley’s dedication and focus over the years have been incredible! She is a true stalwart of the business, and her organisational skills are something to behold!”

She added: “Hayley’s long service and willingness to embrace new opportunities exemplify the spirit of Window Ware. We are all thrilled to have such a committed and talented individual on the team, and I wish her many more successful years at Window Ware.”

Hayley remarked: “Back during my days as Sales Coordinator, right up until present day in my role as Purchasing Officer, I’ve seen the same key focus on building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers running right through the business. I’ve enjoyed being part of a company that's grown so much while staying true to its core values.”
