Window Ware grows Yale Vertex range to offer complete vertical sliding hardware solution

Window Ware is excited to announce the expansion of its Yale Vertex^TM vertical sliding hardware range. Building on its three-year success in providing decorative hardware, we now offer a comprehensive suite of decorative and functional hardware, plus Caldwell’s class-leading custom-tensioned balances.

To support this growth, Window Ware has invested in additional resources and developed a robust pre-launch infrastructure, appointing Lauren Kitson as Business Support Manager, with a specific focus on vertical sliding hardware.

Lauren joined the company at the start of July but has spent the last few months getting to know the company and its customers. With two decades of experience in selling and supporting vertical sliding hardware at Caldwell and Assa Abloy, Lauren brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. She will be instrumental in providing top-notch sales support and guidance to fabricators using the vertical sliding system, ensuring the team is well-equipped to deliver the highest level of service and the most efficient order turnarounds to customers.

Custom Balances: Precision-engineered Caldwell balances, including Spiral Balances (Spirex, Spiralift, Alumatilt and Alumatilt HD), Torso II Spring Balance, and Ultralift Spring Balance ranges tailored to fit windows of any size and sash weights up to 45KG.

Functional hardware: Yale Vertex™ functional hardware, including pivot bars, pivot shoes, tilt restrictors, and tilt latches.
