Window Ware Service Stats August 2023

We’re pleased to report another month of solid service stats this August at Window Ware, with near-perfect order pick accuracy and an OTIF rate that was just 0.3% away from our pre-COVID target of 97.5%. There’s no better guarantee to customers of receiving the right products right on time.

Our sales team also smashed their phone response target for the 11^th month running to ensure callers were never waiting on the phone line for long. And despite receiving almost five and a half thousand email enquiries last month, our sales team managed to respond to 96% the very same working day.
