Ghostly goings on for a good cause

Window Ware got in the spooky spirit to host a ‘Wicked’ Halloween fundraiser in aid of their chosen charity Sue Ryder St John’s Hospice.
We made sure there were plenty of freaky fun-filled antics for the whole team to get involved in, whether they were working remotely or onsite at their Bedford-based headquarters.
Fang-tastic fundraising activities included a fearsome fancy dress, a terrifying tuck shop, a ‘Gruesome Guess Who’, where people had to correctly identify their zombified colleagues, and a sweet jar competition that saw warehouse team leader, Roy Sturgeon, walk away with a teeth-twinging 322 sweets!
The event raised over £100 for Sue Ryder St John’s Hospice: a specialist centre in Moggerhanger, Bedfordshire, which provides expert and compassionate palliative care for people living with life-limiting conditions, as well as support for their families.
Content Marketing Executive, Vicky Gibson, who helped to organise the event said: “We had an amazing response to our Halloween fundraiser this year. People from every department joined in and showed their support, even if it was just to throw on a witch's hat or donate in exchange for a devilishly naughty treat from the tuck shop. Everyone had a real scream!”
