Xpert Tools is confident its new 117 LMN silicone will hit the spot with fitters, helping them to create a clean, professional, and leak-proof seal around newly installed door and window frames. In truth, though, this 1-component neutral silicone will make an unbeatable all-purpose stand-by for a whole host of construction and installation sealing jobs, thanks to its easy-to-use formulation, permanent elasticity, and excellent primeless adhesion to most building materials.
