NEW Yale Lockmaster 25mm bi-fold door lock arrives at Window Ware

We've strengthened our range of industry-favourite Lockmaster® multi-point bi-fold door locks with a new 25mm backset option perfectly suited to today’s ever-slimmer aluminium systems.

When it comes to bi-fold doors, it seems ‘less’ is definitely more as cutting-edge aluminium systems providers work to develop yet slimmer profiles to reduce sightlines, maximise light levels and achieve impressive opening apertures which are proving so desirable to homeowners and architects today.  

Building on the success of the Lockmaster 28mm bi-fold door lock, which was brought to market back in 2018, this newest 25mm addition to the Lockmaster range reflects this growing market preference for reduced sightlines and gives fabricators a high-performance locking solution that fits the bill perfectly.

The Lockmaster® 25mm backset offers everything you’d expect from Yale’s best-selling multi-point door lock, including hook and anti-lift pins, a deadbolt centre and pre-compression roller cams for superior security, slick operation, robustness, and optimal weather sealing. With options available for both the traffic and passive doors, this lock has been security tested to PAS 24, corrosion tested to BS EN 1670: 2007 Grade 4 and endurance tested to 100,000 cycles, plus it comes backed by Yale’s 10-year mechanical guarantee.
