Leadership Development Group
Our corporate emphasis on ‘EXPERTISE’ brought about the creation of our Arran Isle Leadership Development Group in 2015. Over the course of two years, managers accross the group learn about networking, leadership skills and contemporary business thinking. The aim of this programme is to strengthen the capabilities of our managers so they can perform better in their current roles, prepare for larger roles in the future and pass their knowledge on to the rest of the team. The result is stronger, highly skilled teams which are well-led and market-focused. By growing our own talent, we also aim to enhance communication, create powerful catalysts for change, promote our values and principles, and reinforce the Window Ware way of working.
The first batch of eight managers completed their development programme at the end of 2016 and were keen to share their positive learning experience in the following short video.
